United Mission College is situated in the heart of Bengaluru, also known as the silicon valley of India.The college was founded in 1985 with an aim to provide a complete and wholesome education to young students. United Mission Degree College is affiliated to Bangalore University and is recognized by the Government of Karnataka.
The vision of the college is to help young learners grow in body, mind, and soul, to prepare them for a successful life – professionally, personally and spiritually. The institution is managed by the Karnataka Central Diocese of the Church of South India headed by the chairman Rt. Rev. Dr. P K Samuel and the Board of Management. The college is co-educational and offers various educational programs at the pre-university and university level which are designed to equip students to be come leaders of tomorrow.
The college campus is equipped with spacious and bright classrooms, free internet service to students and teachers, and ample parking space for both faculty and students. The well-stocked library has books from different subjects and genres. The access to online journals is a boon for students who can use it for researching various topics. The college boasts of an excellent ground with a basketball, volleyball, throw ball courts and an in-house gym.
